CSAM Partus is an electronic patient record for use in maternity care, and the system supports the complete process from initial evaluation until care for the newborn. CSAM Partus has been in use since 2002 and is in production today in both Norway and Sweden.

As our Application Specialist for CSAM Partus in Women & Children Health team, you will quickly become a key person with the opportunity to influence both the continuous development and the long-term goals for the product. You will also work closely with our customers and be important in improving the customers use of our solutions.

As our Application Specialist you will:

• Be responsible for being an expert in the domain area of the software.
• Participate in functional clarifications with the developers and testers.
• Participate in software testing and documentation.
• Work with operational issues in communication with the customer.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Perform training of customer resources and super users.
• Assist customer during test and verification of the system.
• Work on system validation together with new upgrades or installations.
• Have dialogue with our customers related to new functionalities and configuration of the system.
• Meet with customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
• Have some travelling for on-site customer visits in the Nordics.

Your matching strengths for our role are:

• Relevant technical or clinical education.
• Bachelor's Degree or similar, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• Basic IT background and an understanding how to use software tools.
• Strong customer-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Flexible and able to handle non-planned tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian or Swedish and English.
• Teamwork and customer oriented.
• Strong "Can-do-attitude", fearless, proactivity and driven.
• Passionate about innovation and working on meaningful projects.

Extra points for you if you have:

• Experience with CSAM Maternity Solutions as a clinical user or super user.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and software development processes.
